How to keep sane!

If you are a regular exerciser or even if you’re not, Kay will suggest some things we can all do to keep moving while we are at home.

Our homes will be our everything, and you will be surprised how to keep moving and enjoy different ways of looking at things.

It will be an interactive session so we can share ideas and experiences and have some laughs along the way.
