Author and TEDx speaker Annie Harvey will give us some very simple weekly wellbeing tips along with a short mindfulness meditation practice and a reading from her book The Little Book of STILL. Annie will guide us in a group around the theme of ‘living in uncertainty’ and the skills  will help you cope with the inevitable anxiety that we’re all feeling at this time.

Annie has been teaching mindfulness to workplaces, the community and teenagers for over half a decade. Her authentic approach is what people connect to most and she is the perfect guide to getting help you create some calm amongst the chaos.

Annie will run a mindfulness meditation every Tuesday morning at 7:30am from 31st March.
